Pastor Eddie was born in Virginia but was raised in Georgia. He joined the US Navy out of high school and served onboard 5 submarines plus completed a tour of duty in Iraq. He retired from the US Navy, September 2014, after 26 years of honorable service.

He was called to serve as Boulevard's Pastor in 2018. He previously served as Pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Tiffin Ohio.

Pastor Eddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management, a Master’s in Christian Studies from Union University, and a Master’s in Divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently working on his Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University.
